Policies

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-3 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. (Occasionally we do process orders on weekends during times that orders are reaching high volumes). After the processing time is complete your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-3 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided with the purchase. 

During a Mazorie sale or major restock i.e.(Black Friday, Christmas etc), processing times can take 1-5 business days and shipping times can take 1-4 business days to arrive. 

Mazorie is not responsible for any lost items during transit with UPS or USPS, once it leaves our facility. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received said package you must take this up with UPS or USPS.

Mazorie does not hold any responsibility for packages after they have been turned over to USPS or UPS.
